Therefore, the visitor/user must carefully read these terms before using the website’s services and if they do not agree, they must not use the services and content of the site. The visitor/user is requested to check the terms of use for any changes. Continued use of www.loet.gr, even after any changes, signifies the user’s unconditional acceptance of the website’s terms of use. The website www.loet.gr, hereinafter referred to as "LOET", is an online store for showcasing and selling leather goods, clothing, footwear, jewelry, and generally women's accessories via the Internet by the company “OUTFIT VITALS EE” located at Olenou 10, Athens 11362, Attica, Greece (VAT No: 800949985 / Tax Office – IG’ Athens / GCR No: 145581901000).

1. GENERAL TERMS: "LOET" reserves the right to unilaterally amend or renew these terms and conditions of transactions made through its online store according to its needs and commercial practices. "LOET" undertakes the obligation to inform its users of any modifications as well as any changes through this website.

2. PROVIDED INFORMATION & PRODUCTS: "LOET" is committed to the quality, completeness, and accuracy of the information presented on its website www.loet.com (or www.loet.gr), both in terms of the precise details of the products displayed and the services provided by the online store, subject to any technical or typographical errors that cannot be foreseen or have occurred unintentionally or due to downtime of the website for reasons of force majeure. The online store "LOET" provides the content (e.g., information, names, photos, illustrations, etc.), the products, and the services available through the website "as is".

3. WEBSITE SECURITY: To ensure the safety of your personal data, "LOET" uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, which encrypts and protects data transmitted over the Internet. When SSL is activated, a padlock appears to the left of the URL www.loet.gr, which you can click to learn more about the SSL certificate. You will also notice that the URL starts with “https” instead of the regular "http", which means you are in a secure mode.

DATA SECURITY: "LOET" recognizes the importance of protecting your personal data and online transactions and takes all necessary measures, using the most advanced methods, to ensure maximum security. All information related to your personal data and transactions is secure and confidential. The company has adopted procedures that safeguard personal data provided by users via the Website or any other means (e.g., telephone). These procedures protect user data from unauthorized access or disclosure, loss, misuse, alteration, or destruction and help ensure that this data is accurate and properly used. Users' connections to the website are secure, as digital certification technology is used. A) CUSTOMER IDENTIFICATION: The credentials used to identify you are two: the Login ID (email or username) and the Personal Secret Security Code (password), which, whenever entered, provide you with secure access to your personal data. You have the option to change your Personal Secret Security Code (password) as often as you wish. You are solely responsible for maintaining its confidentiality and keeping it hidden from third parties. In the event of its loss or disclosure, you must notify us immediately, otherwise the online store "LOET" will not be held liable for any unauthorized use of the password. For security reasons, we recommend that you change your password regularly and avoid using simple or easily guessed passwords (e.g., birth dates).

B) ENSURING CONFIDENTIALITY OF DATA TRANSMISSION: The LOET online store uses the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol for secure online commercial transactions. In this way, all your personal data is encrypted, such as your credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read or altered during transfer over the Internet.

Any copying, analog/digital recording, mechanical reproduction, distribution, transfer, downloading, modification, resale, creation of derivative works, or misleading the public regarding the actual provider of the content of the website is strictly prohibited.

Any reproduction, republication, uploading, announcement, dissemination, or transmission, or any other use of the content in any manner or by any means, for commercial or other purposes, is permitted only with prior written authorization from "OUTFIT VITALS EE".

The names, images, logos, and distinguishing marks representing "OUTFIT VITALS EE" and its online store "LOET", and/or third parties associated with them, as well as their products or services, are exclusive trademarks and distinctive signs of "OUTFIT VITALS EE" and the online store "LOET", and are protected by Greek, EU, and international laws on trademarks, industrial, and intellectual property.

In any case, their appearance and display on the website www.loet.gr and in the online store "LOET" shall in no way be construed as a transfer or assignment of a license or right to use them.

6. USER RESPONSIBILITY:

Users of the website www.loet.gr agree that they will not use the LOET online store to send, publish, email, or otherwise transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, obscene, slanderous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise discriminatory; content that could cause harm to minors in any way; content that may not be transmitted under current legislation or contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or covered under confidentiality agreements); content that violates any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of third parties; or content that contains software viruses or any other code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, damage, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware.

In any case, and notwithstanding the above, the user has the right to inform third parties (e.g., via email, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) about the products and offers available through the website.

7. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA:

When visiting the website www.loet.gr and in order to place product orders or ensure the ability to contact you and inform you about our new products, you may be asked to provide personal information (such as your name, email address, date of birth, etc.).

Any personal data that you declare on the pages and services of www.loet.com (or www.loet.gr) are intended solely to ensure the operation of the corresponding service and are not allowed to be used by any third party without complying with the provisions of Law 2472/97 on the protection of personal data, as amended and in force.

The LOET online store operates in accordance with current Greek and EU legislation and securely maintains your personal data for as long as you are registered in any of its services. These data are deleted upon the termination of your business relationship with the store in any way.

The personal data you provide in the LOET online store are used exclusively by LOET for the purpose of supporting, promoting, and executing the transactional relationship.

Stored data may be disclosed to competent judicial, police, and other administrative authorities upon legal request and in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.

The customer has, within the framework of legislation on the confidentiality of telecommunications, the rights of access and objection as stipulated in Articles 11 to 13 of Law 2472/1997.

In any case, the LOET online store does not disclose or publicize your personal data and the information you entrust to us in any way. The personal data you provide upon registering as a member are used exclusively to execute your transactions.

You will receive promotional emails about new products and offers only if you wish to and declare this upon registration. All information is encrypted and stored with absolute security.

INFORMATION COLLECTION:

LOET has designed its website in such a way that users can visit it without having to reveal their identity unless they choose to do so. Visitors to our website are only asked to provide their personal data if they wish to order product(s), register on our website, and/or send an email to info@loet.com.

TYPES AND USE OF INFORMATION:

LOET collects four types of information about users:

(1) data provided by the user during registration as a customer,

(2) data provided by the user to execute their order from www.loet.gr,

(3) data provided by the user when participating in contests that may be organized from time to time,

(4) data provided by the user when connecting through another platform (iOS, Android apps, Facebook, Instagram, Google).

When filling out any order form on our website, you will be asked to provide your full name, address, postal code, email address, telephone number, credit card information, and payment method. Additionally, you may be asked for more specific information, such as delivery or billing details for the order.

LOET uses the information you provide during the online submission of the form in order to:

(i) contact you regarding the delivery of your order,

(ii) confirm and verify the customer in any necessary instance,

(iii) send gifts following contest drawings, and — only if you have opted in during your registration —

(iv) inform you about new or alternative products offered by LOET, and

(v) inform you about special offers from LOET.

You can choose whether or not you wish to receive such communications from LOET by sending your request via email to info@loet.com.

ACCESS TO INFORMATION:

Every order processing requires the collection of personal data for delivery or reservation purposes. Additionally, when using a credit card, supporting documents for verifying the lawful cardholder's identity may be required for the first time only, and this process is fully secured in every case. Any document or certificate that verifies and declares the identity of the customer is treated as strictly confidential and is reviewed only by the authorized personnel of LOET.

By providing your personal data, you consent to their use by LOET employees for the purposes mentioned above. LOET requires its employees and website administrators to provide users/customers with the level of security outlined in this Privacy Policy.

Under no other circumstances may LOET share your personal information with third parties without your prior consent, unless legally required to do so.

Please note that under certain conditions, as permitted or required by law or by court order, the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data collected online may occur without your prior consent (e.g., in the event of a court ruling).

ACCEPTANCE OF LOET'S PRIVACY PROTECTION PROCEDURES:

By using this website (www.loet.gr), you accept and consent to this Privacy Policy, as well as to the terms and conditions of use published through this website.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

LOET shall not be liable to customers/users for any damages that may arise from the execution or non-execution of their orders, except for the cases described in section 11 herein (“RETURN POLICY”). It also reserves the right regarding delivery delays of goods in cases of force majeure.

The LOET online store cannot guarantee the availability of products but guarantees timely notification of the final consumers regarding their unavailability.

In no case shall the LOET online store be held responsible for any legal, civil, or criminal claims, nor for any damage (positive, special, or consequential, including but not limited to, lost profits, loss of data, loss of earnings, compensation, etc.) from visitors to the website or third parties due to any cause related to the operation or non-operation and/or use of the website and/or the inability to provide services and/or information made available through it, and/or from unauthorized interference by third parties with products and/or services and/or information available through it.

9. PRODUCT PURCHASE:

If you are looking for something specific, you can type related keywords in the “search” field, and you will be directed straight to the specific option. LOET makes every possible effort to provide high-quality services; however, it is not liable for any errors in prices or product characteristics and cannot guarantee that the website will be free of interruptions or that there will be no “human” errors in updating/listing the price of a product.

For your safety and the effectiveness of your purchases, we encourage you—if you find a product offered at an unusually low or high price compared to its market value—to contact us before placing your order at +30 210 8219328 or via email at info@loet.com.

10. ORDER CANCELLATION:

The customer may cancel any order immediately, provided that the products are still in the processing and collection stage and shipment and invoicing procedures have not yet begun. After this point, no cancellations or changes to the order can be made.

Cancellation must be requested by the customer via phone at +30 210 8219328 and by sending a written request to info@loet.com.

If the customer wishes to cancel the order (during the processing and collection stage) and has already paid the corresponding amount, the full amount paid can be refunded. The customer must notify us by email at info@loet.com, indicating the bank account to which they wish the amount to be refunded, if the payment was made by bank deposit. If the payment was made by another method (e.g., credit card), the refund will be processed using the same payment method.

11. RETURN POLICY:

You have the right to return the products you purchased or request their replacement under the conditions described in this section. In any case, the maximum time limit for returns or replacements may not exceed fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.

It is clarified that products purchased under any promotion or discount are not eligible for return or replacement. Additionally, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, we do not accept changes or returns for the following products: earrings, cosmetics, swimwear, underwear, socks, towels, and similar items.

For a return, exchange, or replacement, the value indicated on the original purchase receipt will be considered. The cost of the return or exchange for the customer is €5 for Greece. For orders from other countries (other than Greece), there is no return cost, but the customers is responsible for paying the delivery cost back to us using the courier company of his/her liking provided there is product tracking. 

A) RETURN OF DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS:

In cases where, due to proven fault of LOET, incorrect products were sold (e.g., error in order receipt, invoicing, or shipping), or products of poor and defective quality were delivered (damaged or destroyed during transport), or products with a manufacturing defect or functional/quality flaw, the cost of returning the products as well as the cost of reshipping any replacement to the customer shall be borne by LOET, provided that the return follows the method recommended by LOET.

To return or replace a product, the customer must submit a written request via email to info@loet.com, including the reason for the return and relevant product photos. It is recommended that the return request message be sent on the same day or no later than the next business day from the product’s delivery date.

Following LOET’s approval, the product should be returned using the return method specified by LOET. Returned products must be in the exact condition in which they were received: complete, undamaged, unused, with all tags and storage cases intact, along with all documents that accompanied the product (e.g., Sales Invoice, Retail Receipt) and in full original packaging.

Upon receipt of the returned product, the claimed defect or error is examined, and the customer is then contacted regarding the results of the inspection. If a defect or error is confirmed, the product will be replaced, or if replacement is not possible, the transaction will be canceled.

In case of cancellation, the refund will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase. Specifically, for credit card payments, LOET will notify the issuing bank to cancel the transaction, and the bank will proceed in accordance with its contract with the customer—without any further responsibility on LOET’s part. After this notification, LOET bears no responsibility for the timing or manner of the refund, which is regulated by the bank’s agreement with the customer.

For payments made via bank deposit or cash on delivery, the refund will be made via bank transfer to the customer’s same bank account.

If returned products are found damaged or incomplete, LOET reserves the right to claim compensation from the customer. The amount will be determined based on the condition of the returned products, and LOET may unilaterally and without further notice apply full or partial offset of this claim against the customer.

B) RETURN OF NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS – CUSTOMER’S RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL WITHOUT JUSTIFICATION:

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without justification within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the order.

To return the products, the customer must submit a written request via email to info@loet.com, providing all necessary information (order number, product codes, and description of the items to be returned), and LOET must confirm acceptance of the request.

Once the request is approved, the returned products must be sent in the exact same excellent condition in which they were received: complete, undamaged, unused, with original tags and storage cases, accompanied by all relevant documentation (e.g., Sales Invoice, Retail Receipt) and in full original packaging.

Returns will only be accepted if sent via courier to the address specified by LOET upon approval of the return request.

In the case of non-defective product returns, the return shipping cost for the customer is €5.

Once the returned products are received, LOET is obligated to refund the amount paid within 14 days. The refund will be processed using the same method as the original payment.

Specifically, in the case of credit card charges: if LOET has already received the payment from the bank at the time of the withdrawal and return, LOET will notify the bank of the transaction cancellation, and the bank will proceed with the relevant actions based on its agreement with the customer. LOET bears no responsibility for the timing or method of the refund, which is governed by that agreement.

For payments made via bank transfer or cash on delivery, the refund will be processed via bank transfer to the same account used by the customer.

If the returned products are found to be damaged, incomplete, or used, LOET reserves the right to claim compensation from the customer. The amount will be determined based on the condition of the returned products, and LOET may unilaterally offset this amount—fully or partially—against the amount due to the customer.

C) PRODUCT EXCHANGE:

The customer has the right to request an exchange of the products purchased within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.

To request an exchange, the customer must submit a written request via email to infor@loet.com, including all necessary information (order number, product codes and descriptions of the items to be exchanged, desired replacement product codes and descriptions, and optionally, the reason for the exchange). The cost of the exchange for the customer is €5 for Greece only.For orders from other countries (other than Greece), there is no return cost, but the customers is responsible for paying the delivery cost back to us using the courier company of his/her liking provided there is product tracking. 

Upon receipt of the exchange request, LOET will evaluate and either approve or reject the request based on the availability of the requested new products.

If the exchange request is rejected by LOET, the customer retains the right to return the products without justification, provided the conditions outlined in section 11B of this document are met.

If the exchange is approved, the new products will be shipped via a courier selected by LOET, and the exchange will be performed directly by the courier (hand-to-hand exchange).

If there is a price difference between the exchanged products, it will be settled as follows:

If the difference is in favor of LOET (customer owes more), the amount will be paid by the customer using one of the payment methods described in section 12 of this document.

If the difference is in favor of the customer, LOET will refund the difference using the same payment method as the original transaction.

Products being returned for exchange must be in the same excellent condition as received: complete, undamaged, unused, with original tags and storage packaging, and accompanied by all documents (e.g., Sales Invoice, Retail Receipt) and in their full original packaging.

If the products returned are damaged, incomplete, or used, LOET reserves the right to claim compensation from the customer. The amount will be determined based on the condition of the returned products, and LOET may unilaterally offset this claim—fully or partially—against any potential claim from the customer.

12. PAYMENT METHODS: The following payment methods are accepted for purchases from the "LOET" online store, located at www.loet.gr.

A) PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER:

During checkout, you can select payment by bank transfer. This allows you to prepay the full amount of your order by transferring it to one of the following bank accounts:

The transfer of the total order amount must be completed within 2 business days, otherwise the order will be canceled. The amount received in LOET’s bank account must correspond exactly to the order total. Any bank transfer fees must be covered by the customer.

Once you have made the deposit, you must notify us by email at info@loet.com so we can proceed with the preparation, shipment, and delivery of your order. Please make sure to include your order number in the payment details to avoid delays.

Note: Your order will be processed only after payment is confirmed. This confirmation may take up to 2 business days depending on your bank’s processing time. Alternatively, you can email your payment confirmation to support@loet.com for faster order processing.

B) PAYMENT BY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD:

Customers may pay using a Credit, Debit, or Prepaid Card, ensuring immediate and secure payment of their order via Alpha Bank’s online payment system.

If you choose to pay for your order by card, upon delivery you may be asked to present your identification document and the card used for the purchase. The supported cards for this payment method include: VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Diners, using the Masterpass digital wallet.

All card payments are processed through Alpha Bank’s “Alpha e-Commerce” electronic payment platform and use TLS 1.2 encryption with a 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a method of securing information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will then decode it using the appropriate key.

C) CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) PAYMENT (Greece only):

You may choose cash on delivery (COD) as a payment method for orders with a total value up to €150. Please note that COD service charges are borne by the customer.

In this case, you must pay the total amount of your order (including shipping and COD fees) upon delivery of the products to the courier.

Customers who have a history of selecting COD payment and subsequently refusing to accept the delivery or failing to respond to written or phone communications from the courier or LOET—resulting in failed delivery due to their fault—will only be allowed to place new orders after full prepayment of the total order amount via card or bank transfer.

13. SHIPPING METHOD:

All retail orders to Greece are shipped via the General Postal Service (Geniki Taxydromiki) courier company, while the shipping method for wholesale orders is determined in consultation with the customer. For orders to other countries, we only use the Greek National Post.

In all cases, the shipping cost is borne by the customer and is calculated based on the delivery location, the volumetric dimensions, and the weight of the order. The shipping fee is clearly displayed on the order summary page before the payment is completed.

Exceptionally, in certain cases and for a specific period of time, LOET may offer free shipping for orders that exceed a certain value. In such cases, the free shipping offer and the relevant conditions will be clearly announced on the website www.loet.com (or www.loet.gr) and automatically applied at checkout.
